A little while ago, a friend who helped calibrate the home cinema when we set it up asked for some photos for his website.
Here are a couple of photos I took to show it off.
During the day time I have black theatre cloth to cover the bi-folds.

A few photos from the local bring and buy sale this morning, Yuffie getting more attention than she’d probably like.
The flip-flop of sun and rain has been excellent for the garden, existing beds have filled out with growth and colour, and it will help all the new plants going in.
The view from above helps you imagine all the brown areas filled with plants. Kudos to Louise for her vision, nearly there!
Thanks to Alex and Dillon from http://www.ajtlandscaping.co.uk/
The Patio is done and looks great, in fact far too good for our circular picnic bench to go near it.
Now I guess it’s mine and Louise’s turn to finish the look.
The building work left the patio an eyesore for far too long; but now, with the help of professionals, we’ll be ready for garden parties this summer!
The first day of work, it rained – it was pretty miserable. It also meant Yuffie brought muddy paws into the house with her.
Fortunately this was only for one day, we had sunny weather and a hardcore base went down.
By the end of the week the patio has really taken shape, next week it will continue to be laid just beyond the gate.
These are 60×60 porcelain tiles.
So I built the deck on the inside of the pergola, kind of made it up as I went a long – but it seems to have worked. Learnt a lesson to put the printed side of the timber on the inside – I forgot this lesson when I made the step at a later date.
Louise has planted the wisteria so we can look forward to that hiding all the imperfections!
A quick less than artistic document of the garden. F8 and be there!
The pergola has arrived which Louise and I will be erecting, and we’re getting quotes for the patio area.
I’ve left it a bit late for the flowers, the irises were really lovely but are wilting now.
The pond is nice and clear and the apple tree has survived my heavy pruning.
Landing/Stairs 3rd and 4th bedroom almost finished and ready for carpet.. soon!
With the lovely weather we’ve made a start on the outdoor painting too.
